Greetings fellow campers, my name is Ursula Bigpaw and these are my two little ones, Madison and Biscuit. We love camping at Yellowstone National Park! When the folks at the Yellowstone Park KOA asked us to show you around their campground we happily agreed.
You see, we three bears are expert campers. When we decide to take it easy for a while, we call the Yellowstone Park KOA our camp away from camp. In fact, we're such fans of the Yellowstone KOA, they've put a carving of us out front! This campground is surrounded by so much natural beauty it's almost like sleeping right in the middle of Yellowstone itself! The Yellowstone KOA has all the comforts and amenities you could ask for from a campground while being only minutes away from Yellowstone Park.
At the Yellowstone KOA, trees border the campsites, big glorious skies greet you when you awake and views of mountains and wooded hills dominate the landscape. Many of Yellowstone's famous attractions, including our personal favorite, Old Faithful, are just short trips away. The Yellowstone KOA is also a great place to base camp while you tour Teton National Park, Quake Lake and the Gold Rush Ghost Towns.
Yellowstone KOA is the perfect kampground for your Yellowstone National Park area vacation. But don't just take my word for it, see the grounds for yourself with this online slide show. The owners announced the addition of a Trail Ride business at the Diamond P Ranch, right next door. They conduct horseback riding excursions along the Continental Divide in the scenic and rugged Gallatin National Forest! After seeing all they have to offer I'm sure Madison, Biscuit and I will be seeing you soon!
